  * Have a level 2 Extraordinary
  * 5+ months of steady work
  * 35+ pieces of content
  * 7k+ cumulative subscribers
  * 3 or less other projects in your portfolio
  * Leadership and management skills

  * Become a mentor to level 1/2 members and ambassadors
  * Recruit new talented developers/hr managers/artists/ambassadors
  * Inspect and evaluate the work of L1 and L2 collectors and ambassadors
  * Complete assignments from the task board
  * Manage activities
  * Suggest rules and assignments
  * Manage other ambassadors
  * Review submissions
